Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Entering data for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparing monthly journal entries
- Reconciling bank accounts monthly
- Assisting the Accounting Manager with other duties as needed
The successful candidate will possess a basic understanding of accounting and strong math skills. They will be proficient in the use of Windows and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Office 365, etc.),efficient in processing information/data and typing, will demonstrate attention to detail, and exhibit accuracy and meticulousness.
At least one year of accounting experience and a minimum of one year of experience with Windows and Microsoft Excel is required, one year of accounting software experience is preferred.
