As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide essential technical assistance to end-users. The ideal candidate will offer troubleshooting expertise, resolve hardware and software issues and display excellent problem-solving skills.
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing first-level support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assisting in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintaining accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Creating and managing websites, graphics, videos, etc.
The successful candidate will possess proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications and networking concepts. They will exhibit flexibility in their daily activities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively and proactively.
